How does onboarding work?
It couldn't be quicker or easier. Simply use our AI onboarding tool and join our portal straight away. There you can upload your brand assets, review your script, talk to us and pay your invoice.
How do payments work?
You'll find an invoice for the product you select in the Xplnr portal. If you aren't sure which product is best for you, book a call or chat with us in the portal.
Can I pause my project or get a refund?
Our customers love our work but for your peace of mind we offer a full refund if you aren't happy with your video (you absolutely will be). Your project can be paused for 4 weeks, after which a restart fee will apply.
