How do payments work?
You'll find an invoice for the product you select in the Xplnr portal.
Can I pause my project or get a refund?
Our customers love our work but for your peace of mind there is no obligation to continue past any payment milestone. Your project can be paused for 4 weeks, after which a restart fee will apply.
